New Canon EOS RP Budget Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera

In India, the EOS R and the EOS RP is going to compete with mirrorless cameras like the Sony A7 Mark 3 and recently launched mirrorless cameras like Nikon Z7 and the Nikon Z6.
The Canon EOS RP is based on the new RF mount, which first launch its the Canon EOS R in 2018. After few months of Canon EOS R, Canon has now launched the EOS RP in India. It is coming with more affordable price in India starting from Rs 1,10,495 (body only) and with the lens Canon 24-105mm it comes with the price Rs 1,99,490.
The EOS RP uses a 26.2-megapixel full-frame image sensor and comes with features like 4K video recording, eye AF and dual-pixel autofocus. Full-frame CMOS sensor and is powered by the same DIGIC 8 image processor.
EF and EF-S lenses are also going to fit with EOS RP as Canon is prepared an adapter which can be use with the camera.
The best benefit that the EOS RP offering its weight and dimensions. It’s also slimmer and lighter, weighing roughly 485 grams. More specifications include like 4,779 selectable autofocus (AF) points, a native ISO range of 100-40,000, 5fps burst shooting with One Shot AF mode (around 4fps with Servo AF), Dual Pixel AF, 4K video recording at 24fps, a fully articulating touchscreen display and built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Same as the EOS R, the EOS RP can also be charged through the USB Type-C port.
